Tracing reports the accessing user's web requests. To view one, navigate to Pencil tool, Administration, Monitoring > Tracing. This report cannot be exported to a file.
Exceptions report the logged system items that were unsuccessful in some way. It can be filtered by day, regardless of occurrence, and date.The Exceptions report can be exported and will be sent to your downloads folder.
The Diagnostics report gives you exceptions, stack traces, and other information. You can export this report and check it for relevant information. It is located at Pencil tool > Administration > About.
An event is a manually or automatically executed task or command in Telligent Community, such as a login. The event logs record server information, creations, updates, and deletions (that is, anything that changes an object's state in the database). When records are written, they include both User ID and the impersonated User ID when appropriate.
The event logs record every event in Telligent Community and provide you with the event information such as event ID, message, event date, and other particulars. You can perform a query of events by date range or event type. This log can't be exported.
