Date Range Filter
Filters a report to the specified date range. Options available are:
- Last 7 Days
- Last 30 Days
- This Month
- Last Month
- Last 3 Months
- This Year
- Last Year
- Custom Range
User and Role Filter
Defines a set of members and roles that should be included or excluded from a report.
Group or Application Filter
Defines a set of groups or applications to include or exclude from a report. If including or excluding groups, subgroups may also be included/excluded from the report. Users with View Site Reports permission will be able to select any group or application in the community. Users with View Groups Reports permissions will be limited to groups and applications where they have permission.
Single Group Filter
Allows selection of one group to display in a report. Users with View Site Reports permission will be able to select any group in the community. Users with View Groups Reports permissions will be limited to groups where they have permission.
Single Application Filter
Allows selection of one application to be included in a report. This filter can be limited by type of application. For example, on the Forum Summary report, this filter will only allow selection of Forum applications. Users with View Site Reports permission will be able to select any application in the community. Users with View Groups Reports permissions will be limited to applications where they have permission.
Date Period
The date period selection does not filter the data displayed on a report. It does alter the grouping of data that is displayed in graphs. The available options are:
- Day
- Week
- Month
- Year
