When do notifications go to Subscribers?

• Who Receives Notification: Blog Subscribers (if Moving a post recipients are subscribers of the destination blog)
• User Action Needed: Click Turn Blog Notifications On under Blog Actions on News tab

New Comment

• Who Receives Notification: Blog Post Comment Subscribers
• User Action Needed: Click Turn Comment Notifications On under Blog Post Actions when viewing blog post
• Comments are not enabled on on all Blogs. Comments are turned on or off per Blog (entire Blog), not per Blog Post
• Users who subscribe to a Blog only receive new blog posts (not comments). A user who wants comments on a blog post must chose to click Turn Comment Notifications on under Blog Post Actions

• Work around is to post a comment for new uploads so subscribers are notified of the new content
