Most of Verint Community’s core content APIs expose events related to content or core service actions such as creating, updating, and deleting. Much like a plugin can listen to and handle these events via the In-Process APIs, an automation can be triggered by these events as well. Trigger event details will be provided via the context_v2_automationTrigger API, and additional documentation can be found in-site when selecting this trigger option.
