Media Gallery Error - Your Browser is Not Supported

I'm getting this error when adding a URL to a media gallery.

The URL requires credentials to access and works fine.  I'm not sure why this message is displaying, how to get rid of it, and why there are no latest browser links displaying as the message says there should be.

  • What do you mean it's not available? I'm able to add urls for public sites to media galleries. Can you share the steps you are taking and the result you are seeing?

The url feature in media galleries is primarily designed to include media from other places on the web (for instance, youtube videos, documents hosted elsewhere, or images from image hosting sites. I'm not sure what url you were trying originally, but giving it a url for an html page instead of a specific file resource may cause unexpected results for the preview.

Can you share the url you were using originally? you can DM me if needed.
