Hi Marie.Cassidy we noticed that too when we upgraded to Version 13. It was because the mailing list wasn't enabled on the stage environment for the forum. When we moved to production there wasn't an issue. Sara Collins can you confirm this?

Correct kristen.sensabaugh - Marie I am asusming you are seeing this in STAGe - which was the same experience for Agilent, as kristen.sensabaugh mentioned. This is typically because email and mailing list options are not onfigured in STAGE. 

kristen.sensabaugh maybe you confirm but I believe we had mailing list options still in Production and it looked okay in Production 

Marie.Cassidy this is typically setup using the "Incoming Mail Accounts" - Under Admin --> EMail --> Email Options - once that is set up and enabled then you can go essentially forum by forum to set up those mailing list options:

Maybe making that change forum to forum is possible for others, but with more than 160 groups, and each group having 1 or multiple forums, then I don't see this as feasible solution.

Apologies for the confusion - this set up would just be in STAGE if you wanted to test there. There will not be any re-configuration needed in production. Following the upgrade it should still have all group names in the email subject

I will check again but Mailing List Options wasn't available to me on the forums I checked.

You will not see the mailing list options at the forum level until you set up the incomin mailbox in the admin panel
