Question

We are testing V13 prior to go live and have noticed that the Forum Name is not included in the email subject to customers. 
 This is a requirement for us. 
 Is there any instructions available to include the forum name in the subject?

You will not see the mailing list options at the forum level until you set up the incomin mailbox in the admin panel

Hi Marie.Cassidy we noticed that too when we upgraded to Version 13. It was because the mailing list wasn't enabled on the stage environment for the forum. When we moved to production there wasn't an issue. Sara Collins can you confirm this?
