We are testing V13 prior to go live and have noticed that the Forum Name is not included in the email subject to customers.

Correct kristen.sensabaugh - Marie I am asusming you are seeing this in STAGe - which was the same experience for Agilent, as kristen.sensabaugh mentioned. This is typically because email and mailing list options are not onfigured in STAGE.
kristen.sensabaugh maybe you confirm but I believe we had mailing list options still in Production and it looked okay in Production
Marie.Cassidy this is typically setup using the "Incoming Mail Accounts" - Under Admin --> EMail --> Email Options - once that is set up and enabled then you can go essentially forum by forum to set up those mailing list options:
