Previous versions of Verint Community supported defining custom emails with templates and tokens and exposed a user interface for editing emails with embedded tokens. This is no longer supported in Verint Community 13.
All built-in emails in Verint Community are now script-based. When upgrading, customizations made to built-in emails are automatically migrated to into matching script-based customizations of the same emails in Verint Community 13.
To enable legacy custom emails to be automatically migrated, their implementations will have to be updated to implement ILegacyTemplatableEmail which also implements IScriptedEmail .
