Welcome to our next module - Forum Management - within the Community Management Basics course for Verint Community. Within this module, you will learn the basics of forum management including creating a new forum, creating a new forum post, ongoing forum management functions, moderating content within forums and deleting a forum.
As mentioned in the previous modules, you must have your own instance of Verint Community or a trial group from a Verint demo site to be able to participate in the exercises.
