Error message from dlvr.it says https://www.vetsurgeon.org/news/b/veterinary-news/rss is an html page, not an rss feed

    Do you have a customization or web server configuration that is adjusting page output? The platform generates RSS feeds with the following beginning markup:

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
<?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl" href=".../rss.xsl" media="screen"?><rss...

    Your site is removing the <?xml> tags completely and wrapping the entire result in HTML tags:

    <html>
<head></head>
<body>
<rss...
