Do you have a customization or web server configuration that is adjusting page output? The platform generates RSS feeds with the following beginning markup:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?> <?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl" href=".../rss.xsl" media="screen"?><rss...
Your site is removing the <?xml> tags completely and wrapping the entire result in HTML tags:
<html> <head></head> <body> <rss...

Also - I do see the company name is incorrect, we'll get that fixed up, however your ticket will be attached to your email regardless, so you should be all set to open up a ticket. Please do not hesitate to reach out here or via the email thread we have on this to get you going.
