For some reason after upgrade to 10.1.6 Telligent Analytics plugin and widgets are gone after upgrade. It was working fine before the upgrade.
Here’s what we have:
Removing/adding back Telligent.Analytics.dll to/from web/bin folder and restarting app pool not fixing a problem and no Analytics plugin could be found.
Are there any steps I’m missing to enable Analytics after upgrade?
Any suggestions how I can troubleshoot this?
What version are you upgrading from? If you went from 9.x to 10.x you actually need a different version..still 4.1 but they are specific to version.

Yes, we upgraded from 9.2 to 19.1.6.
We are using 184.108.40.206751 Analytics version.
Do we need to upgrade to any other version, to use it with Community v10.1.6?

The fix is:
1. Request Community v10.X compatible Analytics package (in my case it was 220.127.116.11) from Telligent Support;
2. Follow this instruction to apply Analytics hot-fix: https://community.telligent.com/community/w/analytics/44886/applying-analytics-4-1-hotfix;
Not sure why Telligent never mentioned Analytics upgrade during Community upgrade from v9.X to v10.X.
Upgrade documentation could be definitely improved.
