New Reporting Experience
Get insights into all of the activity within your community using the all-new reporting features. Filter your reports (inclusion or exclusion) by roles, application(s), group(s) and more. Find trends over time by grouping data by day, week, month or year. Export data for offline viewing or to include in other reports.
Building off the 10.1 release, we're making it easier to brand your community without opening an editor. Change fonts, colors, palettes and more using the new Theme Options.
For developers, designers, and more technical users, we have some exciting changes. We're introducing Theme Studio, where just like Widget Studio, you are in control. With Theme Studio, upgrading, managing and developing your blog, group, and site themes are even easier than before. Empower your non-technical members to make meaningful and safe customizations with theme configuration and palettes.
Verint Knowledge Management Integration
Verint Knowledge Management integration makes it simple to share knowledge articles through the community user experience. With automated content synchronization, community members are always up to date with the latest knowledge articles. Community interaction with and about the knowledge articles along with ability to provide instant feedback to the knowledge author drives continuous improvement. Community experiences with curated knowledge creates a collaborative Web Self-Service experience.

Keep members informed by giving status updates as ideas progress.
Community Member Vote Allowance
Optionally enable a vote allowance for community members to "spend" votes on the things that mean the most to them. When ideas are in a completed state, votes are returned the voters.
"New Reply" Indicators in Threaded Forum Discussions
New visual indicators help your members quickly catch up on the forum replies that happened since their last visit.
