What is point of still using MailingListName in the subject all forum emails instead of the forum name?

Mailing List name would only appear when you the mailing option is enabled and configured.

Mailing List for a forum enables posting of the a new thread or a reply to a forum from an email. Users can simply respond to the email they recieved directly via email. 

 How can I enable support for emailing to start or reply to a forum thread?  

I understand how it works, but I'm not sure that this should be default in the forum email template versus the forum name.   I will continue to customize every template
