Welcome to our next module - Ideation Management - within the Community Management Basics course for Verint Community. Within this module, you will learn the basics of ideation management including creating an ideation application, creating ideas within the ideations application, browsing and triaging ideas and deleting an ideation application or an associated idea.
As mentioned in the previous modules, you must have your own instance of Verint Community or a trial group from a Verint demo site to be able to participate in the exercises.
