Welcome to the Community Management Basics Training for Verint Community.
The primary objective of this course is to provide you with an understanding of the basic concepts and tasks related to managing a Verint Community .
The flow of this course will be such that we will cover a community management topic and then demonstrate that topic on one of our training or demo sites.
At the end of each learning module, there may be an exercise for you to perform on your own site, several of the actions learned during the module. This way, you will get hands-on experience throughout the course.
