Usually on hover overs, activity streams, and post lists

We are using Verint Community 112.1.6.28905. Is there a fix for this in later versions?

This might be a similar issue as Zoom works on images but not gifs as gifs do not resize well. I wonder if the gifs are showing up as full-sized on the "hover overs, activity streams, and post lists" but are resizing properly on the user profile?
