FAQ in Articles

Question

Hi There, 
 were about to upgrade to 12.0. 
 I have about 2000 FAQ on a different (non Telligent) website that i want to consider moving over to the communities site. Rationale that if a customer searches the community , they also find the FAQ as well as the Q&A - which is not the case today.. 
 Has anyone created large base of FAQ/articles ? (and is it public so i could take a look & see how it might look). From the user documentation, its a bit unclear.

 Yes. We helped launch the Raspberry Pi 5, a single-board computer. 
 To leverage search engine value, and to appear in Google's 'SERP' , I set a forum application FAQ as a ' question and answer' thread per question in a forum, where members were unable to add their replies so that it is authoritative as to what answers are genuinely correct, we didn't use articles because they do not propagate across the site or in search engines in this manner:

 These can then become "featured snippets" because they use the ' question and answer' schema markup . Something which is implemented by default ( and more schema markup should be leveraged across the site for different content types ).

 Forum threads can be also used where members reply, with a verified answer, and even a top answer and this will be featured in Google search:
