FAQ in Articles

Hi There,

were about to upgrade to 12.0. 

I have about 2000 FAQ on a different (non Telligent) website that i want to consider moving over to the communities site. Rationale that if a customer searches the community , they also find the FAQ as well as the Q&A - which is not the case today..

Has anyone created large base of FAQ/articles ? (and is it public so i could take a look & see how it might look).  From the user documentation, its a bit unclear.
