Members expect youtube links to "immediately embed" what can we do about that?

Members are expecting Verint to behave like other social media platforms, you paste a youtube link and it immediately recognises the link and embeds it as a video immediately without using "insert -> video".

This results in youtube links which causes a user to bounce off the Community site rather than stay on the site and watch the video embed.

Eg it's typically easier on a mobile device to simply paste:

www.youtube.com/watch

Rather than knowing to click 'insert', know to click 'video' when it may suggest uploading a video rather than embedding a link.

Then knowing to paste in the video URL

Then knowing what resolution to use, and then clicking 'ok' to insert the video. Which is some 4 steps more than simply pasting a link.

What're the options to make this easier?

As a side note, this is also awful as a link embed:

Compared to giving you the actual URL to show that it's a different video ID to another video www.youtube.com/watch?v=ATmG9E1VJTo
