mention issue on thread reply

Hi,

while we are mentioning users with @ on web user list is showing , but on mobile it is hidden , we checked there is an JavaScript and css issue on loading the mceMentionablesList layer

on Web

on mobile for mceMentionablesList css says that left 524px where screen width itself is less than 440px.

Can you please let me know where we can fix this issue.

Hi Gangadhar Gowd

We have seen on mobile - that it does show - it just pushed all the way to the right side (you have to zoom out on your mobile device all of the way and then you will see it).

I believe that Verint has flagged this as a TE - but am having trouble locating where that was stated. We have previously made changes for clients to the clientless file to make this show on Mobile

we are already in 12.1.2.21600 for this issue upgrading to 12.1.4 is bit hard is there any code or patch for us to correct this on present version

No, when fixes are released outside of major versions they are in service packs, this is the way you obtain them. They really should not be looked at as full blown upgrades, they are maintenance releases.
