Disable some editor options

Can you please confirm what version of Verint v12 you are on? 

We checked in with our technical team - we do think there is some editing that can be done to the RTE as a customization - can you please provide some more on the requirements (ex: is this specific for certain roles, etc) and we can get back to you.

Thanks for taking a look into it!
We're on version 12.1.2.21600 at the moment.

This is not specific to roles, we want to hide it for every user on the community.
We were able to disable/hide all except the View and Tools section. 
Do you have any suggestions?

The core product for the Rich Text Editor is Slight Configurable in the Following Areas: 

Admin > Site > Editor Options
Admin > Moderation > Filtering

However, other areas within the Rich Text Editor, such as the view and tools (Source Code) is not configurable (please see related threads): 

 RE: Is it possible to remove the 'source code' option in TinyMCE? 

 RE: How do I disable the 'source code' in the editor in profile/forum? 

I would recommend using the ideas section and suggesting this as an idea as other customers may also want this feature
