Can you please confirm what version of Verint v12 you are on? 

This sounds like a great idea - if you have not already suggested it - I would do so here:  Ideas and Improvements 

We have talked with our technical team and it seems that this is something that could be done with an automation (this would be a lower level of effort - but not as user friendly). 

Additionally, a plugin could be used and may be a bit more user-friendly when setting it up as well as managing the users in certain roles within a timeframe (however this is a higher level of effort).
