New Idea: Time restrict the roles such as admin role on the community

Hi,

This is a new idea request or if this feature is available then its amazing! It would be super useful if we can have certain roles to be time restricted, such as admin role after the expiry time is passed the role will be removed and they will only be a registered user role.

    Can you please confirm what version of Verint v12 you are on? 

    This sounds like a great idea - if you have not already suggested it - I would do so here:  Ideas and Improvements 

    We have talked with our technical team and it seems that this is something that could be done with an automation (this would be a lower level of effort - but not as user friendly). 

    Additionally, a plugin could be used and may be a bit more user-friendly when setting it up as well as managing the users in certain roles within a timeframe (however this is a higher level of effort).
