Hi when I try to login to my account which I haven't used for some months it shows invalid credentials message.

 

So, I try to reset the password, I got an email link to reset but that seems not working. I don't see any reset options available.

Now am unable to access my account. Please do help me to resolve my issue.

my user name of my un accessible account is "kayalvizhi"

    The Change Password widget is broken in v12.1.
    1) it uses core_v2_urls.Logout(...) in anon context and it breaks the page (therefore nothing is displayed)
    2) even if you fix that with widget studio, the changepassword.vm callback will fail, because it calls ChangePasswordUsingToken() which then calls "Update" method with context of Anon user and it throws security exception

    I have just raised a support ticket

    • Case 1243496 - Change Password widget is broken in v12.1.
