When using the default Navigation List widget in 12.0.2.17146, if changes are made to a parent item (e.g.: Name, Description, and/or Icon change) all of the nested children are deleted from the widget configuration upon save of the parent item.
Workaround: Un-nest the children, make edits, re-nest children before saving configuration in the widget.
