Article How do I assign a site role to a user?

Verint Community automatically assigns the Everyone and Registered Users roles to each user when the account is created. However, an administrator can change or remove role assignments for each user.

To assign a role to a user:

  1. Locate the user using the administration panel (Administration->Membership->Members->(Find the user)->Edit) or by navigating to their profile page and selecting "Administer".
  2. Select the "Roles" tab and click the "Add to Role".


  3. Find the role and click "Add"
