How can I allow members to customize their homepage/dashboard?

To enable members to customize their own homepages/dashboards,

1. Go to Manage > Administration
2. Click the search box in the upper-left corner of the window, search for "Users" and select the item "Users" from the "Extensions" list.
3. On Users > Options, check Allow user-customization of the site home page.
4. Click Save.

Now, all signed in members of the community will have an option to edit the homepage/dashboard of the community for themselves.
