Verint Community and extensions generate messages in response to specific actions (such as user registration) and errors (exception handling) that are presented to community members through the message page.
Each message defined within the Verint Community platform has a default title and message, however, these messages can be overridden to support customization by providing an alternate URL to direct community members to when the message would be displayed. URL overrides from messages can be defined by going to Administration > Interface > Message Redirects:
Each message defined within Verint Community is listed on this page along with its purpose. For each message, a URL can be provided to use in place of the default message rendering. This URL could reference a different domain or could link to the URL of a custom content page within Verint Community to enable custom widget-based implementation of the message.
