Welcome to Community Management Roles module within the Community Management Basics course for Verint Community. In this module, you'll learn about a few of the critical End-User roles needed to run a successful online community. You may be performing one or more of the roles we are going to cover. End-User Roles are responsibility-type roles such as Community Manager, Group Owners, Moderators, Author and Administrator.
You'll also learn about System Roles that are different from End-User Roles. System Roles are groups of Permissions and are used to group and identify users such as "Everyone" or "Registered" or "Partners" or "Employees" etc.
