Welcome to Community Management Roles module within the Community Management Basics course for Verint Community. In this module, you'll learn about a few of the critical End-User roles needed to run a successful online community. You may be performing one or more of the roles we are going to cover.
You'll also learn about Product Roles that are different from End-User Roles. End-User Roles are responsibility-type roles such as Community Manager, Group Owners, Moderators, Author and Administrator. Product Roles are groups of Permissions and are used to group and identify users such as "Everyone" or "Registered" or "Partners" or "Employees" etc.
