Moderated Accounts With 0 Posts

Howdy abarb - Have you checked the option via the Administration Panel that lets turn on or off moderations for all new community members. Click the Pencil Icon > Administration > Membership > New Member Experience.

Tom Paolucci  Thank you for the quick response! We have checked this as we used it when initially launching our community, but this became unmanageable almost immediately. These appear to be accounts that are created, have no posts, and then something is triggering them to get into a Moderated state. I just can't find the automation that is triggering that since there is nothing that I can find under the Abuse Automation that would trigger this specifically. 

If there is something else we can edit or turn on to stop any automation of putting Users in a Moderated state, that would be most beneficial for our use-case. Preferably something out of the box, but custom work is also an option. 

Howdy abarb - I don't know of anything out of the box that would change an existing account to be moderated. I think Sara Collins suggestion to submit a support ticket is probably the best option.
