How to download Verint Audios using API?

Hi everyone!

In my company, we have contracted Verint to collect audio from calls, and I would be interested in using the API to download those audios onto a platform like Databricks for analysis. Would that be possible?

Hi Daniel99 , I believe you're requesting an API for a different Verint product related to call centers. This forum is for Verint's Community product, also called "Telligent". Can you confirm the product you are using?

Hi there! Yes, you're correct. I'm using a Verint product related to call centers, and I'd like to download the calls for testing purposes.
