How to download Verint Audios using API?

Hi everyone!

In my company, we have contracted Verint to collect audio from calls, and I would be interested in using the API to download those audios onto a platform like Databricks for analysis. Would that be possible?

Hi Daniel99 , I believe you're requesting an API for a different Verint product related to call centers. This forum is for Verint's Community product, also called "Telligent". Can you confirm the product you are using?
