Please could someone tell me the default (or recommended) image dimensions for achievement images?

Do you think its better to request 256x256 png format when asking for new badge artwork in that case?
svgs should auto scale as they're a vector standard, but you should do a performance check of how quickly that renders versus a png of 256x256 and if you can get the same fidelity you require in the image from that image format.
