Is there a way to prevent users from specified domains from registering?

As the element14 Community is public facing, we have users registering with particular spam website domains, domains where the e-mail address only exists for say 10 minutes, and website domains that while claiming to be 'secure for the user' are often abused by spammers.

We don't have the resources to turn on 'account authentication' for me to personally verify every single registered account, before we moved to verint we had 800,000+ users and we get thousands of people registering in a month. This ability needs to scale.

This also needs to be manageable by not only myself, but others, and as Community Managers we're not necessarily programmers, or scripters, and don't have the knowledge of 'regular expressions' and need to be able to look at say, a list, and go 'ah this domain is/isn't on the list, I'll add/remove it'. It would also help if it had wildcard support for the domain or sub domains (such as *@protonmail.com).

Does something like this exist in Verint?
