HTML5 Transcoder is stuck.

Question

Is there a way to restart the HTML5 Video Transcoder? Mine seems to be stuck preparing videos. Disabling and re-enabling didn't seem to fix anything and there's no exceptions. I have submitted a ticket to Verint but am hoping there's a quick fix.

You could restart the job server as an option to reset all jobs (including the video transcoder). If you haven't processed many files on the site, you could disable and re-enable the video transcoder plugin but be aware that this will delete all currently transcoded videos.
