Permission to lock threads

The permission required to Lock Threads is Moderate and Review Abuse. Additional information can be found here. 

Has that changed from v10 > v11? Also does this mean anyone with this permission will also get notified to review moderation requests when something gets flagged in that particular forum?

I don't believe that there was a change to this between version 10 and 11, but I will check on that and on the notification question. 

There's a Forum-specific 'Moderate and Review Abuse' permission that is the one required to lock threads. You can assign this on a group-wide or forum-wide basis.

If users have this permission, they will see notifications related to moderation, only for the scope for which they have the permission (e.g. group or forum level).

This required permission hasn't changed from v10.

Have you got a screenshot of the forum permissions for v10.3? I don't recall our site role getting moderation notifications while having the ability to lock threads.

Here is the permission in a 10.3 instance. It would have behaved the same way in 10 and 11 regarding moderation notifications - again, scoped to the level of where the permission was granted. If it was granted only for a certain forum, only moderation notifications generated from that forum would be shown.
