Uploading a Marketing Film

In what way is it not working? There are file settings under Administration > Applications > Applications > Blogs > File Storage Settings, you can double check the max size, total quota, and allowed extensions for uploading file to blogs there. (Note this is for v11, for v12 the settings have changed)

It was just uploading as a blank & seemed to be pending... but yes I will check the file storage size now as suggested. Many thanks!

Do you have Video Transcoder installed?

I'm not sure to be honest, so I'm guessing not! We have a company Vimeo, so I think we'll do it via a link now. It just would have been nice to have the video show up in our news feed rather than a link, but I will see if it brings up a preview  

Hi PR, we can take a look at this as you can easily turn the Video Transcoder on and use it so the video shows up without having to use Vimeo.

To check if Video Transcoder is enabled on your site: Go to Administration area by clicking the pencil > Click File Viewers > Click Video Transcoder > Check that it is enabled. Here is a screenshot for you:

Sorry to have missed this reply - the video upload actually worked from within a Blog post (URL link) so we were ok in the end :) thanks for the advice though!
