Support for multiple hotspots within an image

Community does not provide any built-in tools to design or edit image maps, but as you said, we have full support for adding custom html code, in static form via the Unfiltered HTML or Generic Content widgets, or more dynamically you can edit or create a widget and add support for configuring and rendering whatever you would like.
