Support for multiple hotspots within an image

Question

We know that there are image tools that will allow us to create hotspots to place multiple links within an image. Other than supporting custom .html, does Verint provide any internal tools to create hotspots with an attached image?

Community does not provide any built-in tools to design or edit image maps, but as you said, we have full support for adding custom html code, in static form via the Unfiltered HTML or Generic Content widgets, or more dynamically you can edit or create a widget and add support for configuring and rendering whatever you would like.
