I am planning to download from https://www.telligent.com/free-edition-download/ link and I got the below message but I didn't receive any email from Telligent to download it.

When I upgraded the version Verint Community 11 to 12 version, I got some exception and I attached the export exception.
Is these exceptions will be fine or I want to do some other changes for 12 versions.

Are you sure your site is pointing to the right folder? The errors are referencing two stored procedures that were removed in later versions implying the database being referenced is correct but the site files are not.
