Allow users to edit their own blog replies

Checking Blog Permissions, I see that the Edit Comments Permission allows a user to edit comments made by any member which obviously isn't your desired result. I don't know why this behavior is different, but I found that there already is an Idea posted for this functionality:  Allow users to edit own blog, media gallery, wiki and events comments

Thanks Tom Paolucci ! I missed that Idea, must have been using the wrong search terms (reply vs. comment). I just added my vote (and hopefully 2 more people will too).
