For Leaderboard timing, you can check this in your Admin section > Jobs > search for Leaderboard which will bring up the Leaderboard Leaders job > Click the name to have the section expand> Click Edit.
For points, same Jobs area but search for Point > Point Transaction User Totals > click it to expand > Click Edit. This is the job that calculates user's total points. Ours is currently set to run every few hours with at least 1 hour in between runs.
Are you seeing points updated at all or no movement? Here to help as needed!
thanks Grant Pankonien will ask our admins to try this. I believe they are updating but not quickly (weekly). Looks like we might have a bug because we have it set to update every hour. Our leaderboard is also showing last update June 19...
Thanks for taking a look! May have been a stuck job, so I asked the SaaS team to recycle things for you. I see the leaderboard is now updated on your site.
I took a peek on my own as well and see leaderboards are set to update once daily, and points are set to update every few hours. I think these settings are fine, and will keep an eye on your site today/tomorrow. Thanks!

Looks like we are having the same issue again - Leaderboard is showing last update 8 July 2021. Is there something we aren't doing correctly?
Are there exceptions in your Exception Log that relate to the Leaderboard Leaders job?
How are your leaderboards set up? Do they have start and end dates?
