I have an Excel list of select partners that I would like to add to a private community group. Is there a way to "bulk upload" the list? There are over 500 emails and "Inviting" them one at a time would be inefficient.
Thanks,
Stephen

Good to know. Do you know if they are making it available for everyone?
Melanie Womble will this be made available to everyone?
We have paid for the development, not sure how Verint work about offering our client work for free to others?
Nobody loves me ... but seriously all good, I'm getting access soon! :)
True, but at some point this should become a standard feature. Other community platforms have this as OOTB functionality.
I would love to hear what became of this
Hey Justin,
It was used and abandoned. Members did not take it kindly that they were made members of a group that they had not chosen themselves. There could be a technical reason for making people members of a group. We have better experiences with (system) role-based access: Automations that add people to a role or remove them from a role.
It was replaced by Bulk Invite ultimately. Also not standard but more friendly to the people who are invited.
Also reporting wise, there is no real indicator of actual group health.
If you want, I can tell a bit more about it.
Hi Justin Lee
I saw your comment about wanting to hear more about the bulk upload process. We actually have a solution for that - the User Bulk Uploader tool, which is designed to make bulk uploading users and adding them to groups super easy. It’s a huge time-saver for communities that need to manage large numbers of users.
You can check it out here: User Bulk Uploader.
