How Do I Bulk Upload Members to Community Group?

Question

I have an Excel list of select partners that I would like to add to a private community group. Is there a way to "bulk upload" the list? There are over 500 emails and "Inviting" them one at a time would be inefficient.

There is no specific user bulk upload, it either is one at a time or some sort of script/program that parses the list and adds them through on of the various Apis API Documentation
