Is there a way we can determine whether a thread has been posted in another forum or if a thread has been edited?

Follow up question on this: with Auditing in version 12, will it be possible to see who verified an answer on a thread, who voted it up, when it was voted up, whether it was verified by voting or by user action?

I think that the auditing sounds great! Just trying to get a clear understanding of what it will provide so that we can plan accordingly here. Thanks!
