How do I obtain this free Cookie Consent Banner from Telligent Marketplace? It doesn't say how to obtain it.
I believe you need to join the Marketplace group to get download access. There should be a black banner at the bottom of the screen when you look at the listing:
This is correct, thanks Alex Nassi!. Once you join the Marketplace group, you will be able to refresh the listing and download it.
