Forum Merge Application

Question

So I am trying to Merge a few Forums and I know the functionality was added but I can't seem to locate it. Can anyone offer some guidance?

Hey Chip Martin ! As an admin and when you're on the forum you want to move/merge: click on the pencil top left > click "Manage Forum" > bottom of list click "Merge Forum". 
 Once there, the top field is which group the other forum is located and the next field is the forum name for the one you will be merging into. The forums can be in the same group, we just give that option should the forum be in another group. 
 Example if I wanted to merge this forum 'Ask the Community' with 'Test Forum for GP' in the group 'GP Test Group':
