As such, general product support for US customers ONLY will be unavailable during this time. You will still be able to log a case with us via our portal that's integrated with this community. You can go directly to the cases page via https://community.telligent.com/p/cases. Upon return to normal operating hours on Monday, November 30th, 2020, your support tickets will be responded to as quickly as possible.
Please note, if your community is experiencing a Severity 1 issue as defined in our FAQs and it is hosted with Telligent SaaS you will receive a response from an on-call technician to assist you.
